Remove auto-bumping

Describe the problem:
I know that auto-bumping issues have been brought up in the past, and not sure how recent the latest suggestion was regarding this.
But Sythe has become so saturated because of this. There's so many whales just auto-bumping their posts over-and over in threads they don't even interact with.
The amount of times i've added someone on discord to not even receive a reply, or a response (Even though their thread was on top) is really frustrating.
This also inhibits those users who actually are active and actually went into their thread and manually made a bump.
I've contacted people on somethings, who don't even know what their threads are about, but because its being auto-bumped for weeks they just forget about it..

Explain why this change will fix the problem:
Just make it manual, this will encourage sellers to be more active, and also allow customers to view a page of people they know who were active at x time, and not someone who's away but has an auto-bumper in place. This will also reduce spam of the amt of threads being refreshed in the markets.

These changes will allow for a more structured, and efficient service for newcomers, and will not push them away from Sythe if they have a first impression of waiting hours for trades.
