Remove all USFINE advertisements from Sythe

I used the runerich link on the bottom of the forum index page to purchase 70m RSGP. Little did I know that I would be scammed out of $26.90 USD and harassed to no end for opening a dispute with Paypal on the transaction. USFINE is using Skype to call my cell and house phone nonstop day and night. I would appreciate if there was a vote between all the admins on my proposal to remove all USFINE advertising from Sythe.org. If this is how they've treated me as an individual, I would hate to see anyone else suffer from these people. And to think that they've taken these measures for such a small amount of money! Not only are they able to locate my address from my house phone number, but they can find my ISP and ddos my internet connection! This is very threatening to me. Again, I would very much appreciate a consideration on this. I hope everyone has a safe holiday and a merry new year.

You could report them in the RaSc section and their account on here would be banned.

    http://www.sythe.org/members/247179-lily-usfineseller.html that's their profile

If they are calling you its most likely to verify the payment so they can prove their case in the chance of a paypal hacking or chargeback. Its a common procedure to call the customer to confirm identity among gold sellers.

I didn't receive my gold from a well known site until I'd called and confirmed my identity. Just go with it and see if it helps.

I can confidently say this won't happen. You needed to confirm your ID etc over the phone to receive the hold, they won't DDoS you either.

I worked for Lime Soda when he was a huge gold seller on here. We would not give any customer their gold until we called them and got their ID. It's not a security issue, and they're not going to DDoS you. People like you are the reason working that kind of job sucks.

Not getting ID and confirming the customer is legit can destroy gold companies. Just go with it and I am sure they won't scam you a small amount.

I know from past experiences that RuneRich is not a good website to buy from, Delivery time is sometimes days, not inclduing occasionally they don't have their "Provider's" Online to deliver the payment. Many excuses i find unneeded... As for ddos'ing im 99% sure they havn't/Won't Ddos you, you just wont see your rsgp more then likely. As for the confirming ID, you end up sending them pictures of like 6 different things for them to "Investigate" then never message you back. These are my own personal experiences from a long time ago, Not sure if its better now.

That's your own fault for disputing it. You should have done what they asked from the get-go.

I wouldn't give you your gold either if there was a dispute pending and a large chance of me not receiving my money. But now you've proved that the Paypal does belong to you, so they will most likely win the case (if they called the number linked to your Paypal). You can't really claim it was hacked.

I'm not sure, but I don't think you send it as a gift when trading companies such as UsFine do you?

But most people still try using unauthorized for non-gift payments as well.

Depends on what OP claimed it as.

If you claimed it was virtual goods then you will loose the dispute, PayPal go in favor of the seller when you mention virtual goods. I still think you should of waited until you sorted the issue out with the site. It could of all been a misunderstanding or something simple.

PayPal usually goes in favor of the buyer when it's virtual, because the buyer might chargeback and cause issues, and they expect sellers to do their own fraud checks, etc. They do however lean toward sellers when it's non-vritual and the seller has a tracking number.

If you dispute non-receipt for a virtual goods trade buyer always loses.

The seller has to prove that the virtual item was delivered and they genereally don't accept video or pictures. It is almost always in the buyers favor with a paypal dispute of virtual goods as delivery of virtual good is very hard to prove and the burden of proof is on the seller having delivered.

This is why people don't accept paypal often as a form of payment.

Arcus is right about the non-receipt thing. I had about a dozen disputes against me listed as "item not received" and I won them all. Unauthorized claims are an entirely different matter. Paypal sides with the seller for whatever reason on non-receipt claims.

On-topic, USfine isn't any more scammy than any of the other gold sites, and for gold trades they almost always get good reviews (account trades on the other hand...). I don't think their ads should be banned, they're helping pay for the site

Did he even clarify what dispute he filed? If he filed a non-receipt dispute, it's inexcusable for them to be taking such drastic measures. In the past, USFine has been known to halt delivery until non-receipt disputes are canceled, or in some cases just never deliver at all.

Because of the fact that non-receipts are very non-threatening, there is no reason to withhold delivery just because someone is worried about files a non-receipt dispute. It's one thing if it's done fraudulently (after an order is completed), but our company understands that people who can't find our Live Chat online, or don't know how to collect their orders panic and file a dispute.

The easiest way to figure it out is to send them a message on the dispute comments, and tell them how to reach you, so you can deliver their order. Once the order is completed, 99% of the time these guys cancel the dispute ASAP!

So to USFine: this is another example of unprofessional behaviour (if the buyer is giving us the real story).

He didn't provide any proof whatsoever of them scamming him apart from his own word but that's really easy to type.

This thread really should be closed its just providing a negative perception of USfine considering no proof has been shown at all.
