1.) I click the remote assistance icon and it says my msn is not installed. I uninstalled and reinstallled but it still says i do not have msn.
Why do i need remote assistance?
TO PREVENT ACCOUNT TRAINING/FIRECAPING/TORSO SCAMS!
They have control over your desktop. BUT you also have control. when they do something funny press 'ESC' on ur desktop. They will not see your password and they can't send viruses from their computer to urs.
