Free Accounts to those who have been Scammed.

Requirements.
1. I must see a thread that shows 100 percent proof that he scammed
2. the user that scammed you must be banned.
3. The user who scammed you must have over 100 post, this may sound funny but its to stop people from taking advantage of me and making new accounts and faking a scam to get something off of me.
I intend to make this service last for awhile, so if i see any accounts being created, and averaged like 25 post a day for like 4 days or any odd numbers like that, just to = 100 post, i will not give you an account, I don't care if you were legitely scammed or not, it's too hard for me to choose.
MORE RULES WILL be ADDED.

I have cod4 accounts, halo 50's, and high gamerscore accounts.

I have too many accounts on xbl so i just made this for people who've been scammed.
