I still haven't got a reply from that. i believe thats about 4 weeks.

I got a response the next day for my old main. It was banned for RWT and they denied it =/

Then I posted two accounts that were banned for botting and I still haven't received a response....

I think it's either, the next day unmuted / unbanned and if you don't get unbanned the next day it's probably never going to happen
