Best place for training ranged + collecting charms at the same time?

Where would be the best place for training ranged and collecting charms at the same time? I need to get from 95 to 99 ranged.
I have a chaotic xbow and pernix and also money is no problem if chinning is an option.
Where can I train while getting a good amount of charms (crims preferably) at the same time?
