    I'm missing context here. Did the user back out of the trade? Or did he pay for the accounts, but not for the MM service?

    sorry, he did back on trade and run away, sunday lunch time he informed us that crypto was bought monday evening he unfriended us, sythe.org profile says he doesnt buy account anymore, seems like he bought it from someone else, MM services were requested by buyer fee payment agree`d to be payed by buyer aswell. MM was already holding accounts

    Gotcha. In that case, @Primal is free to report this user for not paying the MM fee. The user is allowed to back out of the trade. The Terms of Service will likely be the leading factor in determining whether there's a debt for the fee. If they haven't already, the accounts should return to you.
