Grats, im in gold 2 52LP, so close to plat 5! my aim for this season!

 

He's so absurdly strong in lane... land a 500 damage crit out of nowhere and all of a sudden it's game over. E to slow them, grab a few more attacks, Q, more attacks, gg.

 

trynd is one of those splitpush champs that can mow through 3 turrets in 1 team fight. Stopped trying to do ranked for the season as i'm not getting plat any time soon

 

He's useless in team fights, and proper teams will know how to adjust when playing vs him. I agree though, he's super fun and effective when solo boosting and at lower tiers/divisions.

In a team fight in my opinion he's really affective. Crit with Shiv & Hydra. He's effective.

 

This. Constant damage for at LEAST 5 seconds, how is that not effective?

 

Stun him when he ults or knockup or things of the sort and he's dead.
Silence+ Stunned in a teamfight= dead b4 he can even ult.

How on earth is being able to 2-hit any adc, squishy or melt tanks in seconds, having some of the best chasing potential in the game, or applying a -80 attack damage debuff to an entire team "useless"?

Also, Tryndamere was played in Worlds games 3 and has a 55% win rate in Diamond so I'm not sure what proper teams you're talking about. Your argument doesn't make much sense to me.

Not going to affect him too much. It will make split pushing take a few seconds longer and reduce mobility jungle mobility. Running into their jungle and taking golems will be harder especially. I'm glad they're not hurting his dueling potential.

That's what everyone in bronze says. He can ult through CC dumbass.

 

He cant ult if he's silenced and if he's stunned he does no dmg. Get a silence on him and stun and he cant do a thing. Plz explain how he can do anything when ulted an silenced.

Every time I see a Tryn pick and I'm playing top lane, I pick Quinn and stomp him all game, so he never worries me too much (this is against anyone from Bronze on boosting accounts to Challenger on my main).

But to those saying you just CC him, ignoring the fact that he could have like 350 CS at 30 minutes....Good luck with that

Tryndamere doesn't get "out-played" in high level games. He's one of the most absurdly strong champions in the LCS, and it's probably not because the pros aren't good enough to counterlpay him. He's just strong. His laning phase is strong because hit kit is broken in terms of laning power (no mana, heal on short cooldown, 2 passive steroids, slow, debuff, and a dash); his midgame is strong because 6 seconds is OP as fuck, and his lategame is strong because he drops turrets in about 6 seconds, since he can get away with a pure damage build with like 300 damage and +80% ASP.

 

I wouldn't say tryndamere is good in laning phase. He gets pooped on by 80% of top laners.

EDIT: Also not a highly picked top lane in LCS.

 

He's effective due to his ability to remove towers during a drawn out team fight, all while getting free farm. Once his free farm begins, he can always buy a QSS if teams focus CC him, I mean, QSS does build into damage anyway. He becomes incredibly annoying in team fights, because you have to worry about their carries, also while worrying about him killing your AD before you even know it happened. Then spin to your AP and kill them while hitting R and doing massive DPS. The problem people make is focusing him during his ulti.

 

Trynd is barely ever picked in proper competitive games. @Kero.

Professional teams will always counter him and adapt to negate his effective playstyle.

Unless it's like SKT vs some average pro team such as Immunity, then yes, I could see Trynd being an asset. Again, it's down to the teams skill/individual skill and your matched opponents.

 

He actually has an awesome laning phase. Not ideal I guess but tack on 21% atk speed and 6% lifesteal runes you're golden.

also first bloods with dorans blade depending on the matchup are easy.
