Regarding TWC

First of all thanks for considering my dispute and unbanning, however can i get the TWC removed also? I understand I've erred and made this happen twice however it was because of unforseen circumstances caused by my ISP again which i had no control over. Clearly it was no deliberate act of mine and I think I've made reasonable terms with my customers in these situations whereby i didnt charge anything for the service completed nor for supplies used...did you consider the amount of time and money that I've invested only to have an outcome like this? But once again i think i was fair to my customers by making terms that favoured them more than myself, and i shall try my best not to make it happen again, hence i request that removal of the TWC.
