    GR Top Thril: Temp ban given on 15-02-13 12:23 AM

    GR Top Thril was banned for fake vouches, not scamming. Therefore, the ban would have lasted 2 weeks. Castiel.Associate was made 2 days later.

    The punishment for evading a temporary ban is the original ban length plus another week, which is why he is banned for 3 weeks in total now. The TWC evasion warrants a TWC on Castiel.Associate also.

    I hope that clears things up :)
