Posting a negative feedback on my vouches

Not sure if this is the right section to post this but wanting to get this negative feedback removed from my vouch thread.

He approached me about account building and wanted to do 4 hcim to 99fm (would of been $250) he wanted me to have a MM hold this until he had completed the accounts. I was not prepared to do this as that's a lot of money for me to have someone hold onto when idk how long it will take for him to complete these. There is no rule on here that I need to use a MM, I sent him my tos over if he doesn't agree with them no one is forcing him to build the accounts. To post a negative feedback is just ridiculous claiming I tried to scam him, I said I could give the money to a MM upon completion to hold for 3 days as my tos states that's when I would pay out for a completed account, not once have I tried to scam this user - he needs to get a grip.
