well i am not sure what his account is but he said he have sythe so i am going to report him also here + powerbot

Explain : I was buying 1b eoc for 270$ via paypal.I send him the first payment of 135$ and he delievered me 500m,but after i send him another 135m,he start bullshit me and delaying the delievery.
Few mins after that he blocked me from skype and never delievered the rest 500m.

Day after he never unbock me from skype i claim my money back
I hope the ip's will help to find out what is his sythe account,because obviously in powerbot those proofs are not okay for ban (blocking me from skype and never came back after paying him rest 135$ which is obvious scam)

 

I cannot find anyone matching those ip's or skype name here. Sorry for your loss mate :/
