Regarding Pigbow / Mario

If you claim you were scammed by Pigbow / Mario, please post in this thread with all relevant information and proof, so that he can use me to respond.

 

Ok I trusted Mario with my account. He managed to do one quest and was in the process of completeing another one but he wanted me to get a couple levels and an item. When he told me to log onto the account I couldnt because it was still logged in so 3 hours later I managed to log in to find my bank had been cleaned. I logged onto a BH world to find that my EP had increased by %12 since the last time I'd been on so therefore who ever was on my account decided to die with all my items. I also checked my GE history to find that the "Hacker" had bought a verac's set and and sold some stuff. Whoever did "Hack" my account I believe went pking with my bank which was ags 75M cash and a heck load of items.

My bank was completley cleared and still is, I lost 200m+ torso fire cape full void basically freaking everything. I logged in to find a couple runes and seeds and some questing crap. To get money I had to alch several pairs of brawlers that was really painfull because they give alot of xp. I'm currently working on getting money and Mario said he will give me compensation when his brother get's better. When you're on msn I will send you a message and you can TV me and I will show you the paypal transaction to mario and some pics of my bank before it was all cleaned Also my bank as it is now. I also have 3 transactions totaling 90-100m from USFINE.

He also showed me all the chat logs and I know that you know about me because I read the conversation between you and Mario.


Ok ignore the funny ge bug this is not a fake picture The only reason I have this is because i thought it was rather funny.



It clearly shows 2 furys 2 berserker rings 10 dragon hatchets. The only reason that there is 10 and not 14 is because the other 4 are buying in the ge because your limited to buying 10 every 4 hours.

I have removed my details from most of the pictures to avoid people having my RSN. When on msn i will Teamview and show all the pictures without eddited.

Fact im not asking for a 100% refund even though he did get my account ripped of while under he had it just a refund for the quests he didnt complete.(which is why i didnt bother applying for a refund)

Look he,s brothers dieing this is his last of his worrys give the guy a break and sometime he will do it im sure .

 

Mario is back. He is willing to finish Travis's order and, even though there is no proof involving him in a scam, he is also willing to help compensate ilove2bot for his loss.

 

Um why would i want him to finish my order after almost 1 month time and last time i was given a whole bunch of junk (broodoo masks , addy arrows p++)

i want refunded for the quest points that were not completed

 

Can you not at least be reasonable?
have you never experienced a member of your family Seriously ill and you've felt down because of it?

 

Okay. Mario is doing this as a personal gesture, not because he's scammed or been hacked.

 

It's not a personal favor if travis has paid for his service, unless im missing something obvious? Also he should be entitled to a refund because there is a good chance he has already done the quests that we're needed done.
I'm not trying to be a dick, i feel bad for his brother, but fair is fair and he OWES money/questing to the people who have paid.

 

Travis may be entitled to a partial refund as part of the order was completed.

 

Which is fair, i was just saying that it's not really a favor from him.

either way i've confirmed that i have enough info to keep mario banned untill he does refund me for the 21 quests uncompleted, so really its not a personal gesture as much as his ticket back to sythe.

 

Pretty much confirmed my thoughts that you have no human decency.

Im sure its already been confirmed that'll he'll complete the work. How are you not happy with that?

You really think, that he could of controlled what has happened? I dont know this guy, but i feel Sympathy for him and his family. Okay, you didnt get 30 odd quest points or whatever the number it was, its not like he had the desire to scam you.. you can see he was going to do what was required, as he had already completed some of his service.

 

karl even though this has nothing to do with you what so ever, he got two people scammed for their rs money before he left then he requested ban himself he chose not to refund people before he left. My account personally is to low to pk so it only received junk.
iluv2bot although he doesnt really have the proof got ripped off alot more than me.

mario was on msn day after day 2-8hours without returning msn convo he could of asked tgrump to refund on his behalf but he chose not to nor did he reply to my suggestion of this.

sythe is aimed at individuals selling and buying goods and services such as a business would , Fact is he should of refunded the money via tgrump(his quest partner) not scammed 2 people got himself banned(an easy unban) and left.

 

Mario requested the ban because he knew he wouldn't be able to complete orders as he had to leave immediately. This is unfounded and whilst I'm frankly quite disgusted by your tunnel vision here I'll keep this civil and also avoid infracting you for a scam accusation without proof.

I don't have access to Mario's Paypal account nor have I ever. I only handled customer service for him; he did the bulk of questing. (Coincidentally, Mario was the one who had me do the 20-29 part of the order -- he had done the 20-50 QP on his own personal account by mistake. I then turned the order back over to him.)

Again unfounded and it doesn't appear Mario will be unbanned very soon; he's already -$160 in his PayPal from another buyer who thought it'd be smart to immediately reverse the charge in the midst of an account trade for him. Without Sythe, his money supply is effectively negated, which means he's unable to refund your order. He is willing to finish the order or perhaps provide some other sort of compensation, but that is at your leisure.

 

What you see as a kid who just lost his brother???(not sure if he did die) i just see a scammer who got what he wanted

im yet to see a death notice of his brother which to be honnest is going to be the only way im going to beleive his whole brother story.

Fact is i never would sent him 62.50 to get 50 questpoint if not for the fact that you put your name on the service which turned out didnt make a diffrence.

Scams vary in all shapes and sizes this would count as a scam regardless of the brother factor(weither true or not) 2 rs accounts ripped off 1 month leave its to bad. Avoiding trying to refund me for the quests he didnt complete also keeps it sounding like indeed he is a scammer. Im not trusting him on the account again i'd rather not have to sell more junk on sythe to fix his mess.

To be frank, im over this now its been almost a month his personal, Family life is none of my business but unless he does refund me what he owes i will make sure he remains banned off sythe.

I stated very specifically in my thread that I handled customer support, but you appear to have ignored that.

1) I've yet to receive proof he scammed anyone; I only have confirmation he didn't complete your order. Stop saying he scammed.
2) You know he could've left and not request an unban right?

Unless he does refund you for the uncompleted part of the order, he will remain banned.
