Sythe Password Reset for 2007 account recommendation

Hello there, I have been with sythe since 2007, since the good old pay by phone pin days.


I have tried to login to my 2007 account and got this:

So I entered my registered email as instructed. Waited a few hours, no email, checked my junk/spam folder, still no email. So I retried it all over again, and waited a week. Still no email. This has forced me to create this account and this thread.

What must I do to get that email and who must I talk to?
