Riot is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade: I was selling my account to him, i told him that i would give him the account then he would give me half of the cash then i would give him the bank pin then he would give me the other half of the cash. I removed JAG and changed my account's email to his and gave him the account and then he tried to ask me the pin by different ways and i refused until he would give me half of the cash.
How they scammed: He didn't changed my password and email back and left.

Riot claimed he was hacked and so OP tried to recover the account. No reply from Jagex as of yet so I'm banning Riot. He's agreed to repay OP when he can afford to do so.
