Reason:
User is claiming he made the accounts and is original owner.
A simple check at VACbanned.com indicates the account have become active @ 2014 therefore it was inactive and indicates that this user is lying.

Not ban worthy, but TWC for sure.

Also he never goes first does not matter if trusted or not, but wants MM if needed.
If you ask me he is out on fishing to people who are impatient and go without MM.
Sketchy as fuck those 2 things together!
