can someone explain to me how this works for buying RSGP/accounts?

seems like a slow process if i understand correctly... but im not sure if i do.

does the buyer fill out the transfer forms online, then does the seller have to pick it up at an agent?

not too sure on the whole idea, fill me in? >_<

 

Buyer can send payments online or in person, they basically just fill out a small form so that the money can arrive in the correct location (instantly)

The money is sent to seller's closest agent, usually is at a food store, so not that far.

 

what is the normal process?

buyer sends money, seller picks it up and then gives the goods?

or is that strictly up to the person?

Up to seller and buyer to work something out, if one of you is trusted then the other will go first.

You can always use an OMM though.
