Reporting 'iaceyi' for a TWC

Hi i would like to request a twc for user: iaceyi

He was offering free services since he had nothing to do today or today irl so i asked him to skip tutorial on my new rs3 account and unlock a few lodestones for me, then put the account to varrock.

he agreed and i gave him my login and password and he did it pretty fast, however when i asked him to vouch for each other he said i dont really know how to vouch for you, i said just do something like fast cstumer etc. he then suggested LIEING in vouching about me paying 1m 07gp for the service, i said this is considered fake-vouching and will not do so, so im reporting him for a TWC because he was offering to lie in a vouch (fake vouching) he might get other people to lie in vouches so i highly reccomend you twc him, till he proves he wont do that again.

A TwC seems too harsh a punishment for this case; it seems like a small misjudgment. I've infracted him harshly.
