Referrals for OCE?

[Anavar]

Does anyone know if there are any referrals for OCE yet? If so can someone link? Everytime I try to go to the referrals page, it directs me to the NA site.

EDIT:

I found this link: http://rewards.oce.leagueoflegends.com/

However it does not work, is that meant to be the link for the referrals?

No refs for OCE, yet.
