New trade section - please read ALL before posting

I'll get straight to the point. Basically, when LegitAccountSeller reports you for being a spammer (when someone posts on his shop that he's a scammer, cos he is... trust me) he uses the same sob story. As if 5+ members are going to have a vendetta against him for no reason? It's pretty obvious that he did scam the people, and also, i could provide paypal payments sent to him, would that be enough proof?

I mean he's opened the same shop like 4 times atleast with the same accounts being sold for goodness sake. I was new to sythe back then, and since he went first and the account had no recoveries or bank pin, i assumed he couldn't recover the account back. After training the account a lot of levels, he recovered and he always says 'i didn't trade with him'. Now for some people, ie. me, i don't have the space on my hard drive to save like 20 pictures and chat logs with a guy, for every trade i do. Therefore, i suggest a new section, where people who are about to trade have to sign up for before they pay, allow me to ellaborate:

Seller starts thread 'Selling 99 tank ranger'
Buyer posts 'I'll buy the account, add my msn'

They add each other and usually the trade goes through and the only way to prove it happened is to go through a long complicated system of screenshots, written contracts etc. Well what i suggest is this:

Seller starts thread 'Selling 99 tank ranger'
Buyer posts 'I'll buy the account, add my msn'
Seller says 'Here's the account name*JohnSmith* look it up on highscores, and tell me your offer'
Buyer says 'Very nice account, i'll offer $100 USD'
Seller says 'Deal'
Buyer 'Okay, let's log on sythe and post our trade in the current trades section so that the community know we've agreed to a trade'
Seller 'Okay, i've posted that you've offered 100$ and i have agreed'
Buyer 'Likewise, now they know the trade is going through'
*trade goes through*
both people leave a comment on how the trade went and confirm the other person did their part in the trade

Trade goes through, and if anyone gets scammed, the other person has evidence that they have been scammed. Yes i know there's a flaw, the person claiming the other person scammed them could be lying, but atleast we'd know one of them scammed... the one who can provide the most evidence that they were scammed is judged and appropriate actions are taken. This would nullify LegitAccountSeller's reason of not doing the trade. So it might not stop scams, but it certainly helps in finding the scammers out, and the more we can IP ban, the better.

Please, do comment, and if you have any good ideas, i could add it to this post and give you credit for the idea, i know it's not fullproof, but it's a step in the right direction in my opinion.

It's a bit all over the place i know, but i changed the topic like 5 times, basically my suggestion is adding the 'current trades' section of trades about to go through.
In the section, there would be a sticky on how to trade, and one in the blackmarket. I'm sure you could get some people to write a guide, i would write one if you wanted. I would put a lot of effort into it, a lot more than this lol, this took about minute I didn't even check over it haha.

EDIT: I've just thought, instead of the whole new section, how abouts, we just have a new accept offer on the page, when someone offers something, the seller has the right to click the button and accept it. Then we would get rid of spammers too who post like.. 400$ then just don't give the thread a second look.

 

This is a good idea, yes, however people are lazy.
Do you honestly think people are going to bother over a simple trade such as: Pin --> Sara Plate, or for 1M RSGP --> $4 Paypal?

It would be a brilliant idea, but it would have to be perfected with the flaws ironed out.
