Someone Help With Eoc?

Well, i played runescape around a year ago but have just not had enough time to continue with it, its Xmas soon and im getting a new Gaming Laptop/PC, with a lot of freetime coming up soon i might return to runescape but i've heard alot of rumours about EOC, here is what i need explained..

- Special Attack, can i still use DD's to spec people out, is it the same?

-Combat system, how come you can reach level 200 now?

-Pking rough idea is pking harder now? or easier with the eoc?

-Staking i've heard rumours staking is dead, can someone explain this?

To answer your first question there's no longer special attacks as of so they are now instead called abilities which you will see a new bar when you log in now.
On combat system I guess if you are maxed on combat skills then your combat is 200.
On the player killing side it is way tougher now because you will have to get used to the abilities bar (specials attacks , stuns) and forget about how it was pked b4.
Staking is now dead due the fact of the abilities being used which some of them are amazingly powerful and well OP in sometimes.

In EoC, there's no special attack anymore.

You can reach level 200 combat by getting 99 defence/attack/strength.

Pking is to an extent easier, because of the abilities, but it's changed up a lot, so you need to get used to it.

Staking is dead because it takes like 10mins to kill someone box staking, so no one can be bothered anymore.

No special attacks on weapons, however e.g. dharok still has special ability hits high when low on hp.

CB is calculated by X + Defence + 2, where X is the highest out of Attack, Strength, Magic, Summoning or Ranged.

Pking now requires skill rather than luck on hits.

I think box staking is dead as it takes so long.

No more special attacks. They don't exist.

Combat level is determined by (Highest Stat + Defence + 2)

PKing for pures is dead, but other than that it's good.

Staking normally is dead, as use of abilities can make you win, but oldschool boxing still exists.
