Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to DNT: I sold a person a fresh 60 att pure (and set his email on the account upon purchase) after which he claims he never got but in the report thread i posted a screenshot of where i set it to his email (and it also sent him the verification email to his personal adress) so he could secure it. I'm guessing he used a service via another sythe member for the account and it was jeopordized

Anything else you wish to say: I did not recover the account. I'm 100% positive the customer shared/used services making the account insecure. Then afterwards just wanted his money back after making the mistake. I would like to continue my questing services in this forum. If I had known this would happen I would have never completed a transaction with this person. (As I have several OSRS accounts that I train specifically to sell and don't want my future business here contradicted)

 

You cannot dispute a ban placed after a month has passed. You are responsible for the debts Zero outlined for you in the thread. You will need to contact the victim and repay him, then you may request a pardon.
