could someone build me a pc for that can run black ops 2 and other programs lag free with this case

thanks if anyone can help me I need help because I on't know anything about computer mechanics and I want to make sure I can get it to run what I want I'm professional computer user/hacker Bad at computer parts and stuff you get the idea

Honestly, the operating system alone will be 100 US dollars. The shipping charge for a computer would be roughly 50-70 US dollars...

If you want a gaming computer, check out Dell and HP. They have computers that can run video games, maybe not on "uber shiny" mode, but they'll run them. Look for a multi core CPU, 8GB of ram, and a 1-2GB graphics card. I'd suggest a Nvidia 500 or 600 model card, or a Radeon equivalent.

 

Would you be able to build me one costing 450USD diacluding the operating system I'll do the math after it can be over 450 if you have to and I want my own built PC cause I can change any of the parts anytime without voiding warrenty and delell is bad mybdad has I7 it's slow as can't run multiple games.

 

With the case you like, it'd be around 350 USD for other parts. That's enough for RAM, a CPU, and a Mobo. And a power supply. No HDD and no video card. 350 isn't a good value for a custom rig.

I've built computers that could run Crysis on a 600 dollar budget just for shits and giggles. They lacked cases and were "barebones" to say the least. But they ran it. Didn't do much else, really.

Like I said, check out Dell. Their refurbished section is pretty astounding. And any dell tower pc you buy can be remounted into that case you like.
