Father 2h, Scammed me for 22m ($10.78 USD)

He agreed to purchase 22m from me for $0.49 ea for a total of $10.78. I went first (my mistake) since he looked trustworthy with a fair amount of vouches, but he blocked me on msn and wouldn't respond to me on scythe after I traded him the gold. I never received payment.

I have not received a payment and he now is refusing to contact me. Please ban the scumbag...

 

Do you have proof you actually traded with the user 2h ability? I see on message box 'Sending trade offer' and 'Accepted trade' but that could be from anyone.

 

I don't, is he honestly not going to be banned because of this?

I mean I pretty much documented ever part of the trade besides that one aspect and given the circumstance one can easily assume that he is the player I traded with.

Yes, it is partially my fault for agreeing to go first but he still scammed me!

Do you honestly think I would talk to someone on msn, meet their in-game RS character, agree to go first, then trade some random guy next to him?
