recovering

hi,

i bought this account lvl 113,
i was wondering,
i reset the recovery questions and email adress what still will take 12 days to be set.
so when the email and recovery questions are set, can they still recover it after the 14 days?

If they own the original IP, and they have the details they can recover the account regardless of whether or not you've changed the details.

Yes, that's why people include an OMM in most trades between accounts to perform a recovery test. I'd just wait it out before you place any wealth on the account for at least 6 - 12 months to make sure you have full control over the account (1 year using the same IP will hold you as the original owner, at least in jagex's eyes)
