Recovering Old Account, Forgot Password and E-Mail is Dead

Had a conversation with Video and Shin yesterday, was told to make an account recovery thread (I think this is the right forum, please let me know if not!)

Situation:
My account is Simple842, I changed the password about 2 years ago and haven't been able to log in due to forgetting the PW.

I've tried recovering the account with my old e-mail address used to create the account, but it was a Hotmail account that while I still have the password for, won't allow me to login because of "suspicious activity" (I'm guessing hackers have tried to login.)

I made the e-mail when I was a child, so I'm really unsure as to what the actual recovery details are for the hotmail account.

Proposal:
While I don't have the Hotmail account anymore, I still do have recollection of private message exchanges within the account's inbox, and I'm still living at the same IP I used to create the account. I was hoping if I provided sufficient information regarding the usage of my account, I could get it back.

Would this be possible?
