Shankreturns account hacked and banned

Hello, my account shankreturns, was banned the day after I was hacked. I emailed you guys through the contact us that you guys have on the bottom of your website letting you know I got hacked and asking if you could lock my account or swap it back to my email address. I clicked on someones PM that they sent me and they gained access to my sythe, email, and skype accounts but I got everything back in order and also have the IP and email from the person that hacked me because they stupidly did no delete the email. I am including the text of the email so you can hopefully ban the correct IP. I would like the email changed over to [email protected] if possible or the original email [email protected]. any help is appreciated

Do you have anything to proof that you're the rightful owner of the account? Your IP doesn't match. You also have to post full virus scan results all from your home IP.

Post a new thread and I will merge it into this one.

I also had purchased a fire cape service from jonbemerkin about an hour and a half before getting hacked. He did a wonderful job with my fire cape and I would like to vouch for him immediately after getting my account back. You can PM him and make sure that this is me since I told him I would be doing anything I can to get my account back on here since he did a great job and his vouch is deserved. Also I did virus scan and the virus scan found nothing and after that I rolled back my computer three days prior to the hack. I also have access to my email account which was the original on the sythe account since 2011 and can email you anything that you wish, also have access to both my skype and runescape accounts.
