recovering my Ironman Account

Hello, around 2 months ago i putted my 2-way authenticator on my ironman account. after 1 month i lost my Phone and i can‘t login into my account anymore. when i go into the account settings on the runescape website, you now need to login with your auth.

So i tried to recover my Account which i created like 12-13y ago, don’t remember the exact year and month, only to remove the Auth. it got denied like 4 times now recovering from my home-ip where i always played the account and putting every details i know.

oh btw, i also don’t have access to the original email i putted on the account any1 knows what i can do here?
