Locked accounts???

Hey!

Yesterday, I got a few of my accounts locked. On some of them, I just requested a password change and I can login on them again. But on some of them, Jagex wants me to fill in the recovery form. When I fill in all the info (membership payment details, previous passwords, creation date, creation ISP, current ISP, etc..), it gets denied immediately. It says I have to fill more info.

1) But I haven't paid membership with anything but bonds, which is not one of the options in the form.

2) I haven't had more than the one original password I filled in

So is there a way over that? Obviously, it is not a real person who's judging the provided info and it just decides I did not provide enough information although I provided everything I could. Is there a way how to contact a real person from Jagex about it?

No there's not a way around that unless you know the info.

 

You could try Twitter, but don't hold your breath.

 

Like Black Cat said twitter support or maybe reddit will be your best bet but even then chances wont be great

Try sending them a ticket or messaging them on twitter. If you are trying to recover them from a vpn then try using your home IP address to do it.

 

Twitter would be your best bet...which is sad to say.
