Recovering Hacked Account

Hello,

I just found out today that my account was hacked about two months ago: Myleus/Mover CH

1. Post from your normal, home IP address.
2. Supply us with the current email connected to your account.
3. If you have a recovery phrase, please provide that. (This is something you would have set when you created your account.)
4. Include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected.

1. I'm posting from my home IP address.
2. The email address that's connected to the account, to my knowledge, is [redacted], which I have access to.
3. I'm afraid I don't remember this.

Please let me know if further scan(s) are required.


To my knowledge, the hacker wasn't able to scam anyone - but if anyone was scammed through my account, I understand that I would be required to refund the victims in full.

Lastly, I would like to sincerely thank Wortel and Andy Samberg for swiftly catching and banning the hacker who gained access to my account.

Since your account has been accessed in multiple countries, I'll need more information from you prior to returning the account.

- If your email contains your name, can you provide a picture of your ID to confirm this? (You may block out any irrelevant information) This would help if the birthday matches the one on your account as well.
