Requesting A Pardon. (Has Enough Support)

Hello, I am James daly, aka JCDaly/Injinman. I have been active on the sythe forums for over 5 years now, banned or not banned. I first got banned when my friend made an account called misterpoop, or masterpoop, not really sure, nonetheless, we lived within 5 houses of each other and when he quit he gave me his sythe account and his 4 runescape accounts. Being so naive (I was like 13-14) I got offered 200k for one of my accounts. After i gave him the account, and he gave me the money, i figured, how would anyone know if I recovered the account? I mean I basically gave it away. However, I was wrong and very naive. I recovered the account, scamming a member of sythe of his hard earned 200k.

Then i may have created a few other accounts, not sure of the names, they however all got banned for ban evasion. Then i created the account Injinman.

Injinman:
Injinman was by far my most successful sythe account, i had multiple vouch's for multiple things, including but not limited to Middlemanning (2 vouches- totaled like $20), selling rsgp, buying rsgp, selling/buying p2p memberships.
I also was very active in the forums especially the spam forums where i made alot of friends and alot of debate buddies some of which love to flame . I also was only "reported" once for scamming, in which i believe i got fucked i swapped an account for 2 120's in which both he recovered the next day, and i was not able to recover mine until 4 days later (it was originally not my account) and then he reported me.. Anyways that was the only report and as i stated i think that was bs. I can not search through the forums anymore so i can not give you the vouch link, but im sure mods can look through the forums and see Injinman's Vouchs' thread which has 90% of his vouches on it. I also started to form a "relationship" with corey, not rly a relationship i just kept buying gold so he acted nice to me lol. Then my cousin and I decided to start a skilling shop (Drgn_returns). As soon as we opened the shop not even 24 hours later we both got banned for evading. WE DID NOT SCAM ANYONE. Drgn had multiple skilling vouches and I trusted him and still trust him with my life and still think he at least got banned unfairly. but im not hear to argue that.

Next i moved to kentucky to follow my engineering degree. After a few days of just searching through the forums, i decided to make a new account, TheJCDaly, while i had this account I bought over $1000 of gold from corey, never recovering one payment. We did have one "disagreement" where he sold me an account or something cant remember the details and he refunded the money ( I DID NOT RECOVER), but i said i would send to a new paypal for him, which i did not. he recovered his account, but i believe there was some gp on it or something (been a while) and i still owed him money, so i Gave him 100m. This can be verified on my last dispute. This account would be known by many people who are active on the forums, for this was the first account i actually started to enjoy just posting on the forums, i was probably most famous for my "illuminati" post lol. I then started to feel like i was holding something back from sythe and to further myself on the sythe forums, i decided I would post a pardon and hope the sythe members would forgive me for my past. however, this did not work as planned, and i was immidiately banned for evading and Only one Op ever seemed interested (cant remember his name now- too much weed lol my memory is gone). I also helped get multiple members banned through this mod, pming him what i noticed that went unoticed on the dispute forum.

So in closing, i would like to ask The mods of this forum to read, and honestly think and research this post. If you look at my last dispute you will see, not only did i spend endless money through this site, i never scammed (i posted my paypal on my last dispute). I would be more than willing to verify anything you would ask for including paypal, etc. I really would just like to return to the forums. If you look at my past, I am banned multiple times for evading, yet banned once for scamming (200k), i am aware doesnt matter if it was 200k or 4b, scamming is scamming, but ive had chances to scam alot more than 200k and have not scammed. Again i was young and naive and I would really enjoy to be back on the forums. Any Questions you Have Just post here and i will contact you, i would rather not announce my msn/skype. Again
