Any Idea why accounts not showing on adventure log

Yes the account is a member, every time I type the name in the adventure log it says the account is not a member.
Also 2 days ago my clan chat got deleted for 2 full days? Any idea what's going on. It shows up on both eoc/07 highscores

 

Did your clan chat reinstate itself or did you have to set it up again?

Also, make sure your adventurer's log isn't set to "private" or "friends only" - it should be set to "public" by default. To check these setting go to the runescape home page > account settings > adventurer's log profile.

Adventure log has had persistent technical difficulties before. Scan the tech part of the RSOF and see if that has been reported there.

 

Most likely jagexs fault lawl. Or the account isnt member and ur confused? No clue goodluck finding out tho!

Are you looking for your own a-log entry? Or a someone else's?
If you're looking for your own a-log entry, log into the RS website before looking yourself up.
If you're 100% sure the account is a member, try to also look them up on hiscores -> compare players. If that still doesn't show, then there's probably an issue with the account. Maybe temporarily banned or simply a mess-up by Jagex.
