Recovered account - attention of mod- discarda

I bought an account through the Middleman Rules, who will post a video of me paying soon, and the deal going fine, however 2 days after the deal has been done Discarda has recovered the account and when I tried to get into contact with him over sythe inbox he then told me he was not the original owner however he did when we were trading here is what he said:

When asking on msn for a refund he responded rudely and blocked me-



Rules needs to be messaged to get the video proof for this being traded, and discarda needs to be contacted

Banned since he's refusing to refund. He as the reseller is responsible for the account being recovered.
