Got a DNT for supposedly hacked account

I have not been hacked or anything, I reside normally in [redacted], however I am currently overseas as it is my summer break. I have 2 discord accounts which are [redacted] and [redacted]. Let me know if I need to provide any additional information.

I believe i must've misclicked as it says my birthday is [redacted], when it's actually [redacted]

In my imgur link of my rental property payment, I believe my name is already on there, no?
Ideally, I would not like to post an ID on here, specially since the only form of Identity I have is a passport. I don't see why having two discord accounts and a change in location from Melbourne to Ho Chi Minh would cause all this. Wouldn't it be a quickfix if you just verified by asking me to message you on the original discord?
