[Dave] Application of rules

I'm referring to the thread I linked in the post, what else? I think you know what the problem is just as well as I do. Nowhere in there did I mention unrelated issues. I'll make it extra clear just for you bud.

In this post: http://www.sythe.org/dispute-ban-twc/1739303-post-cleanup-application-rules.html I reference occasions Folt and others break rules (familiarize yourself with "Accusing Someone of Scamming Without Proof", "Partaking in behaviour intended to disturb or upset another user", and arguably "Using excessive profanity, insults, or derogatory comments towards another user"), unrelated to other random posts you seem to be referring to (what were you referring to?). Rather than applying the written rules, you chose to delete the evidence and call it a day. Just what do you think you're doing, Dave? Your "co-leaders" do not agree with this, which I could back with Skype chats. I understand you misunderstood my first post though, so you were probably referring to the outcome of the unrelated scam report. I'm not trying to add staff to your lengthy shit-list or bring to light the obvious discrepancies between staff, so disregard that and look into the issue at hand. Folt, a user on a last chance pardon, broke more rules. Logic tells us that the 1 infraction point earned from the broken rules would push someone past a "last chance pardon".

I'm sorry you thought this was whining, we thought everything was pretty clear. I posted before the 20th of July that I would not be paying Folt back and that you should ban me if that was going to be your decision. If that didn't make it clear that I was done with Taylor-- I'm not sure what would. At this point I spend the 10 minutes it takes me to write this up because you're clearly abusing your position to defend your friend. I'm no longer being wronged, I was already tried and convicted by you for a crime I did not commit. This mission is too important for me to allow you to jeopardize it. It's now the Sythe users you're wronging, many of which are still good friends.

I've made my point clear as day. While the broader topic has generated the necessary discussion, this conversation can serve no purpose anymore. Goodbye.

 

Last chance pardons don't exist. Once you're pardoned you're just like any other user and you can spam your little heart away. Last chance user groups were removed when we decided that if you support someones pardon there cannot be conditions attached. What mission are you speaking of?
