Recommendations on botting?

I've recently decided I wanted to get back into 07 for the staking/pking aspects of the game. I quit for about a year as all my accounts managed to get banned due to me being inpatient and not pacing my botting. However I made an account the other week, and within 5 days I had managed to get a 3 day ban, clear that and then get perm'd. Yes, all within 5 days lol. So I'm wondering if I use more frequent break handlers or different scripts would it make a difference? Or would my IP be flagged judging by my botting history lol.

 

Use A proxy/VPN, or change your IP, otherwise you will be botting from a flagged IP.
