If you're looking for comedy, Saiki K on netflix is fucking hilarious. There's also a chinese anime called Scissor Seven that I enjoyed. JoJo's Bizarre Adventures is supposedly a great comedy/action but I haven't given it a chance yet.

If you're interested in movies, there's a lot of 80s/90s that really held together well over time like Ghost in the Shell, Akira, and Perfect Blue
And more recent movies like Hotarubi no Mori e, Weathering With You, Your Name, A Silent Voice

Boogiepop and Others is interesting, well animated, but they didn't deliver on some of the hype. Still cool concept though.

Fate Stay Night: Unlimited Bladeworks (don't bother with the original Fate Stay Night. It had it's cult following, but the UBW remake was exceptional)

I hear Fate/Heaven's Feel is cool if you like higher fantasty stuff. I don't so I didn't watch it.

Attack on Titan has its merits, and people love it, but I eventually got bored.
