Paypal account got limited - Don't know what to do..

My paypal account has gotten limited for this reason:
"We want to check with you to make sure that no one has logged in to your account without your permission."
They have asked me to change my password and to change my secret questions
also they've asked me to confirm my credit card... but the problem is I don't have a credit card on my paypal account.. I had my credit card on paypal once but i removed it from my account for personal reasons.. now I cant add not my credit card nor can I add a bank account..
This account has 100$ on it and I don't know how to remove the limitation..
as I said before it wont let me add a credit card nor a bank account to withdraw the money or to even confirm that this account is mine..
basically these are my limitations

is there anything I can do to remove the limitation?

 

If they're just asking for a credit card then I suggest buying a virtual/prepaid credit card.

 

Call them. Long wait time but worth it.

I wrote That I cannot add a credit card nor a bank account to paypal
cause thats one of the limitations I have.

 

Does your account have a lot of disputes and reversals? Your going to have to do many things to prove to them that you are legitimate such as, contact PayPal, proof of ID, proof of address, confirm social security number and etc.

 

This is the only way to become unlimited.

I think that you misinterpreted something. PayPal will want you to add a credit card.

 

When your account is limited they restrict you from adding a card.
