4. Include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected. Got a brand new macbook a month ago, 9/10 times mac doesn't have any virusses. I do am aware that my main password has been leaked in a few database dumps. Took action against this and changed my password on different platforms and attached 2FA

You need to post from your home IP and not from a mobile connection.
