Recently changed phones and lost access to my Account through 2FA

Hello, my account name is Cisco on Sythe and recently I have gotten a new phone and have disposed of the other one due to tech issues ETC. I am now at a loss on how to access my account at this time because the website does not offer an option to reset 2FA through my email. My home IP address that I am using now should match that of the one on my account and I have been Informed by administration that a fast way of verification would be uploading my ID to match my Date of Birth on my account So I will link that in this thread. The registered email I currently Have for my account Is [redacted], but I unfortunately do not recall my Recovery Phrase.

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
