Recent Scammer

This member recently scammed me 17 mil in trade. I went first in the trade and before he payed me the money, he logged out of MSN, then opened a dispute for the $0.01 he sent me for a test to verify paypal.

After he logged in again in 10 minutes, I questioned his action. He then logged out with no answer.

If a moderator could read this or someone else could do something more with this information I would be happy to provide more evidence.
