So with the POH and tip jars. Do you think it would be better to RWT and sell accounts making them put the payments into the tip jar? To save any trading of GP showing up? It just came across my mind and thought it would cause alot less bans for anyone with a tip jar in there POH?

 

I would say no for various reasons.
1. It's a hassle to get 40 construction on each account and creating a tip jar (If you use one account then you're just making it easier for jagex).
2. It can still be traced. Mods can see how much someone put in the jar.
3. Only players who use tip jars are the ones who host houses; These guys make a few million at most per day and their house is always filled. Having an empty house with x5 the money in a tip jar than a normal host has is suspicious, especially if done regularly.
4. Construction is members only - which discourages non-members (especially bots) to trade.

 

I actually host in W318 and W330 myself so for me myself it would be the best way without being traced
