How should I go about possibly being scammed?

So i bought a skilling boost from a guy on here. It has now been about a week and nothing has happened. He keeps coming up with excuses like "My workers don't respond" "I'll do it myself tomorrow then" "personal problems etc.". He asked if he could stake on my account while it wasn't being skilled, and I agreed, as I removed all wealth from the account. Now, I see he has been staking, but he still hasn't done any XP despite him staking.

Now, I don't wanna be a dick to him and just make a scam report as I know he's a semi well known member of the Sythe community, but it feels there's not much else to do unless he refunds my payment. Any help would be appreciated

if its been a week, then ask for a refund. he shouldn't even be staking on your account IMO. if you've paid for something and he isn't doing it, ask for a refund and if he refuses/doesn't reply after xx hours. then just open a scam report

Yeah, from looking at his thread another dude is having a problem having him leveling on his account. He's notoriously slow at responding, so I guess i'll have to wait.

    Hey Mahizzta,

a week is definitely a reasonable time frame to get started. You should file a report.

Do it please. He will most likely get TWC placed on his sythe account. Let's watch the world burn together (holding our hands)
    Lol

Wouldn't it be worth getting my refund first, so I don't lose 25m? lmao

When you fill out a report and mod find it justified, he will force him to refund you, or make him agree on a reasonable time frame and then take action.

Don't fool yourself, if he doesn't want to refund you, he will not. You are his customer and he's treating you badly.

@Charlotte would even DNT him, hehehe

crazypipe #1 RS Powerleveler / over 1k accs sold

How should I go about possibly being scammed?

rule number 1: dont hire randoms
rule number 2: a professional powerleveler who doesnt use bots, and actually has workers wont ask to stake on your account(thats pretty lame)
rule number 3(tip): ask him to prove he is hand training by asking for a selfy of workers infront of their setup.
rule 4: ask for a deadline, when just asking for some powerleveling the seller doesnt seem in any wrongdoing because he might complete it in the next 7years.
