Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
- Had similar Skype names ending in 115
- When jim.walker115 (Banned User) went offline, nanughtyrebecca115 (RebeccaShaw - Not Banned Yet) went online.
- Asked if he was Cody Boyd/jim.walker115, he said no.
- After he had sent payment, he did end up confessing that he is jim.walker115 aka Cody Boyd.
- Even money sent via Paypal was Cody Boyd, but I refused and refunded the payment.
Can provide screenshots if needed.
