Really Easy But Awesome Looking Magic Trick!

Hey guys, this is one of my favorite tricks and it is VERY SIMPLE!

I like to do it to my friends, and it looks great!

Ok so for starters you will need;
A Toothpick


And a peace of tape. (About 1 CM long, or as wide as you're thumb!)


The tape I use is this long. |...........|


Now, once you have that hold you're hand in a punch like motion only with you're thumb tucked in until the knuckle is coming out and so you're thumb is facing up.
Like this.



Next you will need to place you're peace of tape on the thumb you have in you're clenched fist. (MAKE SURE YOU DON'T COMPLETELY PUSH THE TAPE DOWN, LEAVE A LITTLE CREASE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TAPE FOR THE TOOTHPICK TO SLIDE IN!
Just above the nail.


Once you have done that, slip you're toothpick underneath the tape, you're thumb should now have the tape and the toothpick sticking up.


Now make it that you're clenched fist is facing the way of the person you are tricking, now stick you're thumb up like this.


If worked correctly, the toothpick should now be behind you're thumb out of site.

Now snap you're thumb back into the first motion and it looks like you caught it out of the sky!
