Multi-user Chargeback/Scam

Okay so I have a unique situation that I need help with.
I have all the proof in a private imgur link and I will only pm to mods that request. This is because the conversations include very sensitive information that cannot be released to the general public. Whichever mods handle the report, I will gladly share the imgur album with all the proof.

So this is what happened:

-Saturday August 19th: Purchased Level 109 Combat from @good purp for 265M.
-Friday September 15th: Sold Level 109 Combat to @freshoutaluck for $200 paypal.
-Monday September 19th: Account was claimed to be recovered by @freshoutaluck and my paypal account was charged back.

Today, Monday the 15th, I was speaking to @good purp on Skype and I let him know that I had sold his account and I had bought a new account with a higher total level. We spoke for a bit about personal stuff and my new account and the fact that he stopped playing and sold most of his accounts. He also offered to do some range training for me because he was bored and I told him he could chin while i was at work. Roughly 4-5 hours after that, I received the charge back and then i contacted @good purp about it. He had no idea what i was talking about. I then asked him about the chinning and he also had no memory of that either. So i used team viewer to log in from work and i saw that my account was at the GE(i left it in mm2 tunnels), and all i had on was my void. Originally i had Peg boots, 5k red chins, glory, odium ward, peaceful blessing, inventory full of pots. At this point I felt like I could point my finger @good purp but when i contacted him directly, he insured me that he must have been key logged.

At this point I am at a loss. I could really care less about the charge back, I didn't spend the money in my paypal account. But i am pissed about the fact that i paid 265m for that account originally and now I have no money or gp or the account to show for it. The cherry on the top was my mains inventory getting cleaned. Luckily i didn't give my bank pin because there was many valuable items. I logged in and the pin had been attempted to cancel and it was on a 3 day timer. So that is upwards of 300m im down right now unfortunately.

I really have no idea what to do at this point.
Please ask any questions you may have and whichever mods handle the report i will send the link to proof.

All I know is what I paid for was not what I received as when I got home yesterday I could no longer access it. Who the illegitimacy is faulted too I do not know, I simply charged back as I did not receive what I paid for. I wasn't going to make a big deal as I assumed Baller was a decent guy and I protected myself from this type of thing but if it is the case that the third party is the one accountable for both my and his loss, than I would support Ballers claims here that the original owner recovered the info and I lost access. I find it also suspicious this same person whom Baller shares details with also cleaned his main so that would be my input.

 

@Baller If the account was recovered you are responsible for refunding @freshoutaluck and this scam report will be on @good purp

The problem is that I personally not recover the account UNTIL I was told from @Baller that there had been a charge back. I then asked him for proof of charge back and told him I would submit and appeal for him. For all I know, who's the say that the guy that bought the account just did a charge back? However, I did have the exact format of the document I sold @Baller on my computer at the time of figuring out someone had access to my computer, but when the appeal went through, I sent a screenshot to @Baller showing him the account had been banned for multiple recovery attempts. This leads me to assure someone was recovering the account multiple times from the time that the account left my possession because I was the original and sole owner of the account. I was also notified by @Baller that "I" was supposed to be leveling on an account for him. I asked him what he was talking about then he texted me screenshots. The message he had on his chat were not mine at all. Coming to find out someone had accessed my computer. Everything from runescape files, to PII. Now I have a unique bond with @Baller. To be completely honest I give not two fucks if I get banned from this forum or runescape in general. I would like to just prove that regardless of what happened, I had no involvement of the scandalous acts.

 

@good purp So what you're saying is the world crumbled around you and nothing is your fault? How is it the day the account is recovered and I lost access is also the day Ballers main gets wiped and you're the only one with the details.. common at least make your story believable.

@Baller uploaded these for me after I sent him the pictures.

I'm not trying to say it couldn't have happened by the keylogger and it probably did, but there's 2 sides to everything. If you knew the relationship baller and I had you would maybe see the situation differently

 

That's all of the Skype interaction I've had with @Baller posted above. I never got any message regarding anything about power leveling or anything of that nature

 

@freshoutaluck but how is it that account was banned for that offense? I don't know if @Baller gave you the orginal info, but when I sold him the account I did and he has pictures to attest to that

 

I would love to see proof of you receiving a "Key Logger" Also still yet, even with you "Key Logged" You are responsible for the refund or you will be banned.

 

@good purp Let's point out some obvious facts here about these pictures since clearly you didn't look at them before posting for mods to see. The first DM shows that you removed Baller at some point between the account resale and him telling you he sold it. The positioning also hides your responses to him on his first messages unless Baller regularly likes to talk to himself. Now let's go over the very last picture which shows the account was recovered AFTER the name was changed. I changed the name once the registered email (not the email tied to the account) was transferred to my email, this would mean whichever email that message was sent too which you posted a picture of (and thus must have access too) is the email which recovered the account after the name change. This is further perplexing as to why you would show evidence against yourself? Furthermore since you are keen to go further into this, Baller explained to me that the email tied to the account was a "dummy email" and that whom he bought the account for never provided that emails password. This meant that the email the account is tied too is easily recoverable from that email no matter what, and let's not play stupid here there's no such thing as a dummy email for gmail accounts.


From this we can conclude the following, good purp tries to screw over myself and Baller once he learned the account was resold by recovering it, account gets banned which he wasn't anticipating, during this period Baller gave info to purp with his details to chin on his account, he see's his main cleaned. Purp then backpedals everything and tells Baller he knows nothing about the situation.

Does this really need further explanation??

 

I don't care about being banned from this forum. Again, I'm here to settle this with Baller, specifically. I don't know if it was a key logger or someone had access to my desktop as a whole but I factory reset the whole thing. What proof do you want me to provide? A written statement from the person who did it? Like seriously how do you even show that. This person knew the depths of private IRL matters as he was talking to ballet about this. For all I know this was going for for a few days at least.

 

Ban me, like I said I don't give two shits. This is a personal matter with Baller and I.

 

You can have Baller post his side of the Skype convo. Yes there are messages missing but they were never on my chat log and yes, Baller has my phone number so if he really needed to contact me he would text me. So there were times where I wouldn't reply on Skype. I realize this sounds suppsious but I can't help the fact I didn't do this. The only reason I'm here is to show Baller has no ties to this either. I don't care about this forum for the 4 the time. I'm sorry, but it's the truth
