Reporting Scammer/Ban evader

what happend: I rented a max main from him for 30mins, all was smooth at first and it was fine. The 2nd time i borrowed, the account suddenly got locked and then he changed pass and claimed there was nothing on the account, we there was 30m on the account. He then proceeded to delete some messages from skype so i couldnt make a report against him.

However, since i dont have much proof about that i do have proof that he has a blacklisted rental accounts.

As you can see his email is [email protected] and if you look at this thread you can see it's blacklisted, http://www.sythe.org/other-services/1831304-black-listed-rental-accounts.html.
So i request you to ban this user immediately, i believe he is Elysia but you mods can check his ip.
