[APPROVED] Readd last update on pardon results thread

I can see this adds in extra work but it's barely much to change. This way was a great way to stay up to date with new updates on the pardon section without actually checking the thread (and as of recently scroll down completely). Posts are being edited here so you can't see any updates being made on the Request a Pardon section itself either.

No clue why adding/updating this was quit, but I'd love to see it being done again.

 

Personally, I don’t think it matters much either way. If someone wants to check up on pardoned users, they’ll do it regardless of the format. However, I do agree that the old method was more reader-friendly. Support from me.

 

This was stopped simply because it seemed like no one had an exact opinion on it, but I went ahead and approved this. Pardons have always been a complicated area for staff in one way or another, and any part to make it easier on users is what we're after.
