Rsps Team Needed!

BEFORE YOU EVEN CONTINUE TO READ-- I WILL BE PAYING THE CODER IN RSGP!!! SO WHEN YOU REPLY IF YOUR INTERESTED MAKE SURE TO WRITE HOW MUCH YOUR ASKING, AND i'M WILLING TO DO A SUBSCRIPTION, AS IN, MONEY EVERY SO OFTEN. LIKE 5 DOLLARS A WEEK IS A SUBSCRIPTION FOR RS MEMBERSHIP, I CAN PAY YOU THAT WAY, JUST WITH DIFFERENT AMOUNTS.

I am the Graphix designer, I will be handling forums, banners, etc.



I have been attempting to put together an RSPS for a very long time now. Although I've came close, theres always one thing or another stopping me from finishing it. I've been working with an advanced coder for 2 week prior, and we were about to put the server online, when he gets in a motorcycle accident. Although he's recovering and I've been keeping in touch via Facebook, it doesn't look like hes up to finish it.

Heres what I'm looking for:

1. A coder! NOT somebody who want to learn how to code! (that position is saved for me) My definition of a coder is somebody that knows how to put an RSPS online within 3 weeks.
Obviously since this person will be doing a lot of the work, they will become the owner, with me being the co-owner.

(Not somebody who is "capable" of looking it up on Google and then trying 50x until loosing hope and forgetting about it)

2. A hoster- sombody that is able to run the server off of they're computer 24/7. Yes, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This doesn't mean when you go to sleep you shut your computer off, this means its ALWAYS on.This person will become the in-game admin.
furthermore, after the server gets up and running we will run it off a vps.

And I feel as though that's a good starting development team. Now I'm sure many of you are reading this and saying to yourself "why the fuck is this kid making this post, hes not even going to be contributing to the team. My Answer is above! I WILL BE THE GRAPHIX DESIGNER, MANAGER, FORUM HOSTER, ETC.

Here's my answer to that: I am going to be online 5 hours a day minimum on the server. So if the coder cannot play all the time, I will be able to monitor glitches, bugs, abusers, advertisers, etc.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DONATIONS WILL BE GOING TO THE CODER, FURTHERMORE ONCE A CODER HAS BEEN PICKED, THEY WILL BE THE "MAIN" DECISION MAKER. AS IN, THEY CHOOSE THE HOSTER AND ALL OF THAT SHIT. I AM SIMPLY THERE AS SUPPORT.

Make sure that before you reply that you are sincerely ready for the commitment and you understand everything it requires.

Don't respond asking for mod and staff positions, those will be chosen by the coder and I after the server is online and as needed.

 

so what will you be doing other than getting people to make a server for you ? and you getting credit in being a owner ? are you going to pay anyone ?

 

Obviously you haven't read my post thoroughly, because if you did, you would have already seen my response to this as I was expecting this to come up. I am going to be online more then actively, which will help the coder with decisions and what not. But now since you've brought it up- I will be paying in RSGP. When you respond if your interested, I will negotiate how much money you want.

 

Im not much of a coder but I maded by server from scratch and got helped by coders add me on msn or PM me if you interested...Also you you need a gfx designer to make a complete team. I can give you my server if you wanted to.

Okay just to be clear, HOSTER does NOT get PAID. I can find plenty of people that will just do it for the Admin rank. CODER is the only person that gets paid- and I am the graphix designer, I am pro Photoshoper and illustrater, along with good forums manager.

No It not online..I can give you the server it also called source so you can turn it on your self or get a hoster and the server also have korasi special attack too. I still need to fixing up veng turmoil is working fine.

 

Honestly I can find a source/client easily, I just need a coder to get all the technical shit done.

 

What type of techinal shit do you need to fix ?

 

Well once we get source we will be doing small edits and dupe/glitch fixing. Also we will probably change XP and damage rates. And then for the difficult parts, I need somebody that familiar with port forwarding and no-Ip redirection stuff so they can actually get the server online.
