Unfairly banned

Well first off, this is in response to this thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=4295427

First off, i dont scam. Never have, never will, if you actually go through all of those threads, there is no evidence that i scammed anyone at all, a few smn convo's of trades that went bad, but there is no evidence to link me to the shit that happened to their accounts.

Notice not a single one has posted an IP? How is that fair to me?

Also that bitch says:

Where are the reports for advertising in a pm? I wouldnt be so fucking stupid. I have a picture of another website in my sig, but that hardly counts.

Jose also claims that i "Scammed his friends website", and that he has evidence to prove it, WHY DOESNT HE FUCKING POST THAT EVIDENCE INSTEAD OF MAKING CLAIMS JUST TO MAKE ME LOOK BAD?

I mean seriously, can one of you mods PLEASE actually go through the reports THOROUGHLY and outline anything that is actually evidence against me?

I hardly think its fair that i am banned because of 3 trades that went bad, none of them my fault.

Yes, i had a trojan on my pc and have removed, i have stated so in previous posts, but i am also working towards making the money back so i can REPAY any gp's lost by trades that went bad. ive also outlined that too if you go through my recent posts.
